4 flavored water recipes for maximum hydration

For 4 people:

  • 4 lemons
  • water
  • Mint leaves

Wash the lemon, cut it into slices and remove any seeds. Fill a jug with filtered water, dip lemon slices in it and add previously washed mint leaves. Place the preparation in the refrigerator, for at least 30 minutes, until the water becomes flavorful (best left overnight). it’s ready !

Water flavored with watermelon, red currant and lemon

For 4 people:

Cut the watermelon and lemon into thin slices. Rinse the currant bunches. Put the prepared fruit in a jug, add a sprig of rosemary and sage and complement with the addition of water. Put everything in the fridge. Add a few ice cubes before serving.

Rosemary and grapefruit detox water

For two people:

  • 1 pink grapefruit
  • 2 sprigs of fresh rosemary
  • 1 liter of mineral water
  • ice Cube

For 4 people:

  • 180 gm organic cucumber
  • 25 mint leaves
  • 1 organic lemon
  • 1 liter of water

Wash the cucumber without peeling it. We cut it into slices in a jug with a capacity of 1.5 liters. With a knife, remove the skin and the white part of the lemon.
