Enough for 4 people. Wash 4 tomatoes. Using a knife, cut off the lid and empty the meat into a bowl using the spoon. Cut 1 leek. Mix 200g of cream cheese with shallots and a little tomato flesh (reserve the rest for the sauce). Add fresh basil, mint or parsley. Enough for 4 people. Cut into small cubes 400 gm of salmon fillet and 1 mango. Chop 1 red onion. Chop a few sprigs of fresh chives and a pinch of parsley. Prepare vinegar sauce from 4 tablespoons. in s. olive oil, 2 tbsp. in s. of balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper and a few chopped basil leaves. Arrange ingredients in 4 plates, add one or two slices of raw pork and a little vinaigrette.

Cucumber and avocado gazpacho
for two people. Peel 1 cucumber, 1 avocado, 1 garlic clove. Squeeze the juice of one lemon. Mix the ingredients with 20 cl of water and some mint leaves. Salt and pepper to taste. Put it in the fridge before eating.
