Cyril Lignac reveals his trick for getting kids to eat fish thanks to this Breaded Fish Burger recipe.
Period : 20 minutes prep, 6 minutes cooking
Enough for 4 people
- 4 burger buns or buns
- 4 pollock slices, 150g each
- 40 grams of flour
- 2 organic egg whites
- 50 gm bread crumbs
- 2 lawyers
- 4-8 lettuce leaves of your choice
- 2 green onions
- 1 piece antique cheddar
- 25gm semi-salted butter
To prepare the sauce
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon sriracha sauce
- 1 teaspoon oyster sauce

Preparing the recipe
Mix mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, oyster sauce, and lemon juice in a bowl. Spare. Cut the cake in half crosswise.
02The second step
In three deep dishes, pour the flour, egg whites, then the breadcrumbs.
Season the fish fillets with fine salt, then first pass them in flour, then press to remove excess, then in egg whites, and finally in breadcrumbs.
Place the breaded sidewalk on a plate in the refrigerator while you finish your recipe.
Cut the avocado in half, then remove the pit with the heel of a large kitchen knife: Press the knife along the sink sharply, this will make the pit fall out safely. Do not attempt to remove it by hand.
Peel the avocado halves by hand and cut them into thin slices, keeping the shape of the avocado halves, then gently press to flatten them. Reserve on a plate.
Cut the lettuce into 1 cm wide strips and chop the green onion into strips. Book it separately.
Heat two pans, one of them with a little olive oil, then add a piece of butter, let it become foamy and slightly brown, then put the fish fillets on the fire over medium heat after 3 minutes, turn them over and continue to cook for another 3 minutes on medium heat.
In the other pan at the same time, put only the butter and leave the foam without much coloring, put the cakes on the crumb side and let them brown.
When it turns well brown, take it out and put it in a plate.
Grill the avocado slices in half with a blowtorch on a plate.
On the bottom of the bread, put a spoonful of the sauce, put a little lettuce, half a roasted avocado, and over the breaded fish, a spoonful of the sauce, lettuce and onions, grate some cheddar cheese and close the hat. Serve the breaded fish burger hot.
