Homemade guacamole recipe
Avocado starter has always been my favorite and always will be the divine guacamole with a touch of originality! Here’s how to prepare it. But be careful, if you make it once, you will become 100% addicted!
Ingredients :
- 5 small avocados (depends on how many people you invite, but should be enough for three)
- 15-20 cherry tomatoes
- whole lemon
- Salt, pepper and chili flakes to taste
- 3 garlic cloves
- 2-3 small leeks
- Finely chopped parsley
directions :
Chop everything well, mash the avocado and mix well! tasting with Doritos Or crackers!
Salmon rice and avocado garnish
Do you always hear someone say steak risotto is holy, but you’re on a Bissetarian diet? Or does beef simply disgust you? How about trying our fresh and light avocado rice and salmon?
Ingredients :
- About 400-500gm fresh salmon fillet of sushi class, cut into small cubes
- 2 ripe avocados, peeled and cut into cubes
- 2-3 green onions, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons chopped capers
- juice of 2 lemons
- Drizzle of extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon roasted sesame
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce, to taste
directions :
- Put the salmon cubes in a bowl, add the green onions, chopped capers and sesame seeds, then mix. Add a little olive oil and soy sauce. Mix again.
- Then, in a small bowl, mix the diced avocado with the lemon juice.
- Finally, serve the appetizers using a medium round skillet. Pour the salmon-rice mixture into the skillet, toss it lightly, and garnish with the avocado cubes. Gently lift the circular mold and remove it from the plate.
Avocado, feta and pomegranate toast
