With this summertime recipe to share “homemade” guacamole, it’s as easy to prepare as it is delicious, you’ll never be tempted to buy it at the store again! The neutral taste of avocado with a hint of kiwi acidity, complemented by a watermelon sip of juice, gives it character and makes it a summertime highlight to share with friends.
You will need 4 people: 2 ripe avocados, 1 ripe kiwi, half a watermelon slice, 1 leek, 1 teaspoon cumin and paprika powder mix, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, a small pinch of cayenne pepper, split, 3 tablespoons olive oil and salt.
Peel the kiwi and watermelon and cut them into bronze pieces (very small cubes). Cut the leeks into small pieces and prepare the spices. Cut the avocado in half lengthwise. Remove the pit, chop the flesh with the knife, and then scoop out the avocado with a large spoon.
In a deep dish, immediately sprinkle the avocado with lemon juice to prevent it from oxidizing, then mash it with a fork. Otherwise, you can blend it to get a very creamy texture. Add shallots and two-thirds of the fruit. Season with cumin, paprika and salt, then add two tablespoons of olive oil.
Arrange the guacamole in a very shallow serving dish. Garnish everything with the rest of the fruit, drizzle one last spoonful of olive oil and sprinkle with split pepper. Served with tortilla bread, the famous mexican corn chips.

Adding fruit is a good way to lighten avocados, which are high in fat.
Some choose plain yogurt, but I advise you to use seasonal fruits such as berries, watermelon or apricots.
