My grandmother’s secret recipe (which the whole family loves).

Carrots make you lovable, but not that’s why I love this mash.

This simple recipe comes to me from my grandmother.

And I can tell you I’ve never eaten better before.

Ingredients

– 500 grams carrots

– a potato

– 1 leek

– 25 grams of butter

– 20 cl fresh cream

– 500 ml vegetable broth

– Salt and Pepper

– olive oil

– bursar

– Blender

How do I do

Prepare : 5 minutes – cooking : 15 minutes – Enough for 4 people

1. Peel the carrots and potatoes using a vegetable peeler.

2. Leek peel.

3. Cut all these vegetables into small pieces.

4. Boil water in a pot.

5. Add the stock cube.

6. Put another pot on the fire.

7. Pour a little olive oil on it.

8. Add shallots.

9. When the leeks are soft, add the carrots and potatoes.

10. Cover vegetables with vegetable broth.

11. Cook for 15 minutes with a lid on the pan.

12. Drain the vegetables in a colander.

13. Pour them into the blender.

14. Add butter and fresh cream.

15th. mix up.

16. Pour into a dish.

17. Salt and pepper to taste.

The result: delicious mashed carrots!

There you go, your homemade carrot puree is ready 🙂
