Cherry dumplings

Ingredients for 4 people: 500 g black cherries, 250 g flour, 250 ml milk, 3 eggs, half a bag of yeast, 1 tablespoon brown sugar, butter and cooking oil.

Prepare : In a bowl, pour flour and baking powder and mix. Drill a well in the center. Add whole eggs. Mix gently. Add brown sugar and milk little by little while whisking to get a homogeneous paste. Peel the cherries and mix them into the mixture. Melt a piece of butter in the pan, and add a little oil to it. Pour a ladle of the dough mixture and cherries. Spread it in the skillet. Simmer on low heat for a few minutes, flip the pancakes and brown the other side. Line it up on absorbent paper. Put them on a plate as you go. Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.

Ingredients : 500 g cherries, 50 ml crushed, 30 g semi-salted butter, 4 eggs, 250 ml milk, 250 liters liquid cream, 100 g flour, 75 g brown sugar, 1 bag of vanilla sugar, 1 pinch of salt and icing sugar.

Prepare : Wash, stem and dry the cherries. Remove the drill. Soak cherries with kirch. Heat the oven to 200°C. Melt the butter in a small saucepan.
