Cherry dumplings

Ingredients for 4 people: 500 g black cherries, 250 g flour, 250 ml milk, 3 eggs, half a bag of yeast, 1 tablespoon brown sugar, butter and cooking oil.

Prepare : In a bowl, pour flour and baking powder and mix. Drill a well in the center. Add whole eggs. Mix gently. Add brown sugar and milk little by little while whisking to get a homogeneous paste. Peel the cherries and mix them into the mixture. Melt a piece of butter in the pan, and add a little oil to it. Pour a ladle of the dough mixture and cherries. Spread it in the skillet. Simmer on low heat for a few minutes, flip the pancakes and brown the other side. Line it up on absorbent paper. Put them on a plate as you go. Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.

Ingredients : 500 g cherries, 50 ml crushed, 30 g semi-salted butter, 4 eggs, 250 ml milk, 250 liters liquid cream, 100 g flour, 75 g brown sugar, 1 bag of vanilla sugar, 1 pinch of salt and icing sugar.

Prepare : Wash, stem and dry the cherries. Remove the drill. Soak cherries with kirch. Heat the oven to 200°C. Melt the butter in a small saucepan. Mix the flour, sugar, salt and vanilla sugar in a large bowl. Add eggs one at a time and milk and cream mixture while mixing. Add melted butter. Butter meal that goes into the oven. Pour the cherries, then the clafoutis mixture. Bake and leave for 25 minutes. Check for ripeness. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and enjoy cold or warm.

White chocolate and cherry cookies

Ingredients : 250g flour, 100g brown sugar, 1 egg, 125g melted butter, 2 tsp honey, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 100g white chocolate chips, 100g coarsely chopped almonds, candied cherries or maraschino cherries, drain well and cut into pieces 4, 1 half a sachet of yeast and half a teaspoon of salt.
