- 300-350 g sifted wheat flour
- 12 grams baker’s yeast
- 150 grams pork fat
- 2 onions
- 1 egg
- Salt, pepper, sugar
Mix the poppy seeds, flour and baking powder by hand and add the lard. The mixture should be grainy.

Knead the dough. It should be thick and sticky. Keep the dough in the refrigerator for two hours.
