  • 500 grams phyllo dough
  • 250g blanched almonds (without skin)
  • 3 tablespoons of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon Almond
  • 1 bowl of a mixture of melted butter and sunflower oil

Preparation :

  1. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees, then add the almonds to a baking dish, spreading in one layer.
  2. Roast the almonds for 10 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they become a nice color. Leave it to cool and then crush it not very fine.
