Irish coffee

From Ireland, one of the largest producers of whiskey, Irish Coffee was founded in the late 1930s by Joseph Sheridan. It’s very easy to prepare, but for an authentic taste it’s best to get one of our new bean-to-cup coffee machines. The recipe we offer is for one person.

Ingredients :

  • A small cup of strong hot coffee
  • 5 cl Irish whiskey
  • 2 teaspoons cane syrup
  • cream
  • Dark cocoa powder for decoration

to prepare :

  • Add the cane syrup to the whiskey and heat it to the same temperature as the coffee. Pour this mixture into a heat-resistant glass.
  • Pour hot coffee over sweet whiskey.
  • Put the whipped cream on top of the cup.
  • Sprinkle with cocoa powder (optional).
  • Add a straw and enjoy right away.

Whiskey steak

To achieve success with this recipe, we advise you to choose a whiskey from a trusted whiskey and spirits seller. This is a very simple preparation that you can do in your kitchen whenever you want. This recipe is also for one person.

Ingredients :

  • 1 steak
  • 1 cup of whiskey
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 onion
  • parsley

to prepare :

  • Mix the whiskey and olive oil in a bowl to make the dressing.
  • Chop the garlic, onion and parsley and add to the marinade.
  • Add the steaks to the mixture and let them marinate for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator (marinate overnight or up to 24 hours for a crisper flavour).
  • Remove the steak from the marinade and drain it.
  • Cook the steak on the grill or in a skillet.

Whiskey and lemon cocktail

Feel free to make this very fresh cocktail for appetizers.

Ingredients :

  • 5 cl of whiskey
  • raspberry liqueur
  • 1 lemon
  • Lemonade
  • ice Cube

to prepare :

  • Pour the whiskey and a little raspberry into a glass filled with ice cubes.
  • Extend with lemon juice.
  • Add lemon zest.
  • Add two slices of lemon.
